You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped.
Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. CYETUS Support will inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped, the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders. Once an order cancellation is confirmed, we will credit you the cost of the item via the same method you were charged. It can take 3-10 days for the credit to show in your financial statement after.

Returns and exchanges for damaged items
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund most items at no cost to you if the return request is done up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
To return or exchange an item, simply call us at 1(888) 918-9418 Monday through Friday from 10 AM-6 PM PST or contact us by email at email@example.com. We will need your name, address, order number, and image or video of the defective item. We will open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for the next steps. For returns, once an item is received by us, we will credit you the cost of the item via the same method you were charged.
Returns and exchanges for any other reason
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items that are received damaged will not be refunded.
Shipping and service fees on the original order are non-refundable and will be discounted from the refund amount. Additional charges may apply in exchanges for items differently than the original.
How to initiate a request:
To return or exchange an item within 30 days of receipt, contact us at 1(888) 918-9418 Monday through Friday from 10 AM-6 PM PST or contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need your name, address, order number, and image or video of the defective item. We will open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and initiate the return or exchange process.
Pack your item in a box with a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization. You are responsible for return shipping & handling charges.

Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
For the return of damaged items or wrong delivery, Cyetus will bear the return shipping costs. Any other reason returns require you to bear the return shipping costs.
