Like many other reviews. It was GREAT at first.
Used it daily and enjoyed the ease of use and the features.
Then ....
It started dripping from the steam wand.
Drip at first and now a steady low run of water every time you turn it on.
We keep it clean and in good shape.
Poor design but good profit for the company as it almost makes it through the warranty.
I guess they figure you will just shut up and throw another $100 down the drain every year.
Who actually expects anything to live up to the warranty these days?
I mean REALLY, what is with you people, you got good coffee for almost a year .. just be quiet and buy another one ...

Awesome but takes a long time to heat up

I love the flavor of my lattes. I love the steam wand. What I don't like is how long it takes for the espresso shots to warm up so they can be poured. As you know, espresso turns bitter after 20 seconds if it's not poured so I have to stream the milk first. It's be nice if the milk wasn't cooling off and loosing it's froth by the time I could pour in my shot. Other than that, I love this machine and still would recommend it IF you have some time on your hands to wait it out.

I was impressed by the careful packaging and the apparent quality of the product. However one concern emerges after use: the water pressure can loosen the metal funnel that is difficult to lock into position and suddenly crash down on your cup as it is filling with hot liquid. A big mess to clean up. It has happened twice so now I hold the funnel handle tightly in position until the espresso has finished filling my cup. The problem seems to be the design of the attachment structure which isn’t performing as it should. Haven’t tried the steamer yet.

Great little machine

Amateur espresso maker here but it performs perfectly for me so far. Takes a while to keep switching back and forth between coffee and steam wand if you're making more than one latte but that's my only complaint and I'm pretty sure it's due in part to how small it is, so fair trade. The accessories it comes with are excellent quality as well, none of it feels cheap/flimsy.
